Nathalie Aurén Art offers shipping to all countries world wide.
When an order in the webshop is compleated and the payment has been confirmed the artwork will be packed and shipped within 14 days. All artworks are shipped with an insurance. Contact Nathalie Aurén Art by email if the artwork has been damaged during shipping.
Nathalie Aurén Art holds the right to cancel an order if necessary. If this occurs the buyer will be contacted by email.
Kindly observe that all possible extra shipping costs (such as taxes and custom fees) are to be paid by the buyer.

You can also pick up your artwork from my studio in Jakobstad. If you live in Kokkola or Vaasa areas and I happen to have a trip scheduled free delivery by me can the also be arranged.
EU-COUNTRIES (DHL, UPS or Matkahuolto)
Small paintings: 20€ Medium paintings (from 50cm): 40€ Large paintings (from 80cm): free, shipped in a roll*
OTHER COUNTRIES (DHL or UPS)
Small paintings: 30€ Medium paintings (from 50cm): 50€ Large paintings (from 80cm): free, shipped in a roll*
*Paintings from 80cm up are by security reasons shipped in a roll. It is both very expensive and can be insecure to ship large artworks internationally. The shipping costs can in many cases be higher than the cost of the painting itself. When shipped in a roll the canvas is removed from the wooden frame and carefully rolled and packed in a firm cardboard tube. The buyer will need to have the painting restreched on a new wooden frame by a local framer.
Payment
At Nathalie Aurén Art payments are safely made via Stripe. It is possible to pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and via invoice. Get in touch before purchase if you prefer to pay via invoice.

Returns
Art is an investment, and for you to be as satisfied and confident with your purchase I offer the following:
- You are always welcome to come and see the artwork in my home studio in Jakobstad before you buy. Contact me and we can book a visit!!
- If you live further away or in another country you are welcome to send me pictures of the wall where the painting would be hanged. I can then create mockups with images of the artwork on the wall for you to get an idea of how it would look. Please contact me and I’ll give you more instructions.
As a buyer you have the rights to a 14 day return if you for some reason is not happy with your purchase. Observe that the return is fully payed by the buyer and that the artwork must to be in its original condition for a return payment to be made.
